Privacy

Pocku is a desk-booking product. We store workspace accounts, reservations, and check-ins so an office can see who booked and who actually sat down.

What we process

• Account data: name, email, hashed password, role.
• Workplace data: desks, floorplans, reservations, check-in times.
• Optional hardware IDs for QR/NFC tags.

Where

Data is stored in the EU on our hosted Postgres. This beta is not an on-premise product.

Retention

Unused self-serve workspaces can be frozen and later deleted. You can ask us to delete a workspace by emailing hello@pocku.app.
